My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

If your order hasn’t yet arrived the first step would be to check the tracking details for your order. If this doesn’t seem to be moving and its past your expected delivery date please let us know as we will then get in touch with Australia Post to investigate further.

Before investigating Australia Post require a delivery to be delayed for 3 business days past their stated delivery times. These are available on the Australia Post delivery estimate website.

Can I change or update my online order?

-We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so once your order is placed it’s not usually possible to make any changes.

-If you’re able to call us immediately sometimes we’re still able to update your address or cancel an order if it’s not yet on its way to you.

-If parcel has been dispatched, sorry we cannot change any more.

 **Emails and contact forms don’t get to us quickly enough to try to make a change, so please call ! ( 02 8971 0809 )


What if it’s too late to update my orders?

Why does the item in my shopping cart now say it is unavailable?

When you add items to your shopping cart it doesn’t mean the item is reserved. The items will be available for anyone to purchase until you have checked out, paid and you order has been confirmed, so on occasions an item can sell out while you are shopping.

If you receive an error stating you cannot checkout due to an item being unavailable, you will need to remove this item from your bag so you can complete your order.

Eventhough order has been sucessfully completed, while we stock might still unavailable due to wrong stocktake. We will contact with you with email or text message to discuss for the issue.

How to track orders?

We have multiple curriers to delivery all our parcels. Most parcels will be ship by Australia Post. To track your orders, please use the tracking number we provided to your order and login to Australia Post website for parcel track details. The delivery status’s that are presented on the tracking service are explained below:

1. Order received

We have received your order, and our team is preparing to pick your order. Then pack your order and ready for curriers to collect.

2. In transit

Your order has been collected by our transport provider and is currently in transit to your nominated delivery address.

3. Delivered

Delivery of your order has been completed.
